So, on this rainy lovely day, the boys and I decided we needed a nice old-fashioned treat: fudge!
Found a great link online, for many fudge recipes (made the old way, without icing sugar or marshmallows, etc) and couldn't wait to try it... Here's the link:

We tried the Maple Fudge... and it is now cooling in the pan! Love it! I'll be saving this site for future fudge days!
